Creating Service Magic is a luxury service educational training program founded and created by Michael Romei, former Chef Concierge, The Waldorf Astoria & Towers NYC, former General Secretary Les Clefs d’Or International, Founding President of The Southern Florida Concierge Association, Frequent Guest Speaker and Lecturer, Visiting Professor NYU Continuing Educational Hospitality Program, among others.
For more than 7 years together with his long time career at the Waldorf Astoria; Michael has traveled the world conducting his Creating Service Magic Program & Seminar in more than 30 countries and more than 50 destinations. The Creating Service Program and Seminar is most unique in that it offers very practical examples taken from Michael’s own personal travel experience since age 4 together with his 30 year luxury hospitality career and expertise. It is an inspirational style of teaching and training that is most comprehensive and dynamic combining core service standards with very practical methods to enhance and elevate the overall customer service experience.
Michael offers a wide variety of training and education: Classroom Style Seminars, Lectures, On-Site Training with individual Teams and Anonymous Inspection & Observation.
